Job description
We are actively looking for an outstanding Manager (Office, Team, Events) to join us in London to take charge of the office processes.
We are looking for someone to work 3 days per week. Monday is essential, the other 2 days can be decided by the person joining us.
With your help, the team will be able to rely on you for the smooth running of the office.
You'll be handling various administrative and organizational duties such as:
- Bring the first point of contact for guests and employees, representing the Cherry Ventures Office
- Supporting Event Planning (small to large events)
- Independently executing small office projects
- Procuring office supplies and snacks
- Supporting the People Team during new employee onboarding
- Manage all IT related issues (e.g. hardware/software) and escalate where necessary to our outsourced external IT support team
- Point person for any office issues

You'll be working alongside an international friendly team and regular founders that pop into our offices, in the heart of Westend (just off Oxford Street).On top of the above, the role comes with a comprehensive salary package: up to £47,000 (pro-rata), £3k bonus (pro-rata), 30 days holiday (pro-rata) + bank holidays, pension and healthy drinks and snacks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS, Does this sound like you?
- You have relevant experience ideally gained from your time on reception, working in the hotel industry, retail, or as an office manager
- Happy to work onsite in our wonderful offices Monday, the other two day can be of your choosing.
- Friendly, welcoming professional demeanour. You'll be the first point of contact for all visitors, making them feel at home
- You enjoy what you do with great organizational skills
- You are able to work independently, with superb attention to detail
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills and love delivering a high level of customer service
- Fluent English (German language skills a big plus but not essential)
