Our global mission is to bring a seamless, high-quality, digital retail experience to all of our customers. If you love crafting groundbreaking experiences, collaborating with coworkers, and making lasting connections, come join us to build the future of Apple’s vision for e-commerce and ensure that Retail is ‘where the best of Apple comes together’. Apple is looking for an experienced, dynamic leader of Product and Program Management to join the Apple Store Online team for EMEIA — Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa. This team, based in London, UK, is responsible for projects such as new country expansions, compliance, environment, payment and affordability options, partnership integrations, and more. The geographic coverage of the role is vast and complex, comprising dozens of countries across three continents. This is a highly technical role that links between business/marketing and engineering/operations.

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive Product and Program Management experience with at least 5 years leading product for a large scale direct to consumer e-commerce retailer. Experience with Omni-Channel retailers a strong plus.
  • Experience leading a product function and team with experience in building and developing a diverse team of dedicated individual contributors.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams across continents and time zones.
  • Proficiency in core e-commerce concepts like affordability, credit, payment systems, order fulfilment, supply chain, and the ability to stitch across these capabilities.

Description

In this role you will partner with local business, operations, finance, engineering, marketing, merchandising, legal, and government affairs teams to settle country-specific roadmaps and complete projects to grow our business, bring new products to market, and surprise and delight our customers. You’ll also partner with teams in the United States and Asia to develop new best-in-class features and capabilities. This role will draw upon your extensive leadership and experience in Product and Program Management to combine your technical fluency, solid sense of user experience, and business understanding to chart a vision, align your partners, and lead your team to deliver amazing experiences.

Education & Experience

All candidates who meet the key qualifications are encouraged to apply but having BS/BA in Computer Science is desirable as this is a technical role. MS/MA/MBA is a plus.
