Who You Are:
As the Diversity & Inclusion Manager, you will drive, develop and champion Capri Holding Ltd Diversity and Inclusion program. In this role, you will collaborate with the D&I Council, colleagues across human resources and other departments at Capri Holding Ltd to support the development, planning, management, and delivery of programs, projects, and events related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. You will have a key focus on organization and implementation. As the Manager, you will report to the Vice President, Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition and will have an integral part in building actionable tools to execute our D&I strategy. You will also be responsible for leveraging data and metrics to inform our D&I priorities, define and measure success, and influence change at our company and within our industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the full-cycle implementation D&I strategies and tactics to support roadmap aligned to our core values, business goals, and desired outcomes.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion awareness across Capri Holding Ltd.
- Partner across the enterprise with HR Business Partners, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Social Responsibility, Marketing, and Communications, to achieve desired D&I outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze HR data, understand trends, and report progress to help drive D&I action plans to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a network with external experts and peers in other organizations to stay informed on D&I trends and best practices.
- Partner with Global team to drive engagement in global programs such as the Capri Mentorship Program and D&I Training strategy.
- Manage and lead Employee Resource Group program
- Create, implement and maintain local Safe Place Sessions strategy
- Create strategic plans specific to individual country needs.
- Identify and manage partnerships with D&I professional organizations and external vendors that engage diverse talent.
- Engage with community groups and external organizations that align to Capri Holding Ltd mission, business goals, and interests, especially as it relates to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
You’ll Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related field.

2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment.
- Highly preferred with 1+ year of experience in Diversity and Inclusion.
- Experience in Human Resources, Consulting, Communications or Marketing is also preferred.
- 1+ years of program and project management skills strongly preferred, including; capable of creating and communicating a clear project plan, tracking progress, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of D&I best practices including effective approaches to attraction, recruitment, selection and engagement.
- Ability to think outside the box to come up with innovative solutions to new challenges.
- A highly effective communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely write and articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage team, peers, and management.
- Ability to form strategic partnerships and influence key stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, and Business leaders.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and complex problem solving, emerging with strategic plans and deliverables.
- Fluency in data analysis to inform strategies and create metrics and accountability for effective, inclusive business outcomes.
- Strong presentation creation and delivery skills; ability to present information in a clear, concise manner.
- An inherent sense of urgency to drive great results, while being precise in executing work.
- Proven record of accomplishment of building relationships with and influencing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to lead conversations will broad audiences and navigate crucial conversations regarding underrepresented communities, privilege, and equity.
- Proven record of taking initiative/self-starter.
- Must speak Italian and Fluent English.
