Job Description Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Group Cost & Conduct Finance team in a high-profile role. The role will provide you with an understanding of the Group’s cost base, including central conduct provisions, analysing trends, building insightful reports, and communicating the findings to senior management to aid key decision making. It will also provide the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills, and act as an excellent platform for further career development.

We are looking for great people and therefore may flex responsibilities depending on experience, development goals and team capacity – so whilst the accountabilities below focus more on Cost activities this is just an example. If any of these activities sound exciting then get in touch, and we can discuss further.

We are a team of around 20 colleagues responsible for the management of the direct cost base including cost category and finance division partnering, and financial oversight of central remediation. The team works across sites in London, Edinburgh and Gloucester, with flexibility as to whether the vacancy is primarily based in Edinburgh or London.

We operate on a hybrid basis with a mix of two office days and working from home.
