JOB DESCRIPTION

This role can be based in either our Isle of Man or Jersey office.

To deliver against the strategy/direction of data-driven marketing capabilities for the Standard Bank Group, to unlock revenue and efficiency opportunities through building effective digital and direct marketing, personalisation, performance marketing and digital media capabilities across the Group. To drive the strategy for and be the platform owner of the associated technologies for these capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Desired Requirements

Digital and Direct Marketing experience is essential.
Advanced In-depth knowledge of marketing technologies would be required.
Experience in multiple industries and marketing in different African or other international countries would be advantageous.
A post graduate degree in Marketing and/or IT and/or Business Management would be a minimum requirement for this job.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the teams and other Centre of Excellence's (CoEs) to drive the implementation of data-driven marketing and marketing platform management disciplines to enable strategic attribution of outcomes to marketing spend by the organisation
Provide input into the implementation of a consistent test and learn methodology for digital and direct marketing activities and campaigns
Collaborate closely with the other CoEs to integrate marketing/behavioural data with customer data in the organisation to drive targeted, real-time marketing and messaging through digital and non-digital channels
Support the enablement of marketing and communications teams to produce reports that can be used to derive insights that can be used to improve marketing and communications activities on our digital platforms
Provide input into the development, implementation and management of campaign methodology for the business
Ensure digital and direct marketing activities are tracked in accordance to the Group measurement framework that will enable Brand and Marketing and business stakeholders to derive insights that will enhance the performance of Marketing, eCommerce, Business and Channel teams against business objectives
