For our team in London Global Studio (UK) we are therefore looking for a Manager Consumer Data Management
The overall purpose of this position:
Key role to shape and execute PMI's data strategy of maximizing the value, quality and the usability of Consumer Data to deliver consumer-centric experiences by collaborating with the entire Omni-Channel Consumer Experience department and key global/regional/local partners governing, generating, using or needing consumer-level data.
As part of the Consumer Data Management team, your role will be to enable consumer programs & channels teams as well as consumer engagement & analytics communities, by democratizing high quality data for fast, scalable, cost effective:
You will:
Help evangelize the Data Quality offering and capability
Be the first point of contact representing Consumer Data, Profiling and Audiences team on consumer data enrichment/enablement for Category/Multi-Category CX teams
We’re looking for someone with:
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business Management or related field
5+ years’ experience as a product/capability owner, data manager, digital transformation consultant or similar positions
Experience with data architecture, data integrations, data quality, lineage and observability
Experience with CDP software is a plus
Knowledge of Data Governance is a plus
Knowledgeable on data privacy and compliance (i.e. GDPR)
Familiarity with role of data in enabling personalised consumer experiences
Experience in using Jira/Confluence tools
Strong digital background
Knowledge of adtech and martech industry preferred

As part of the Consumer Data Management team, your role will be to enable consumer programs & channels teams as well as consumer engagement & analytics communities, by democratizing high quality data for fast, scalable, cost effective:
- Data Enrichment
- Personalization of consumer engagement at scale
- Delivery of insights for decision making
You will:
- Ensure data enrichment, discoverability, usability, and accessibility for known and unknown consumer data (ie within DMP and CDP)
- Data collection from additional tools and systems (i.e. bit.ly/scanpack, persado, flavor/platform advisor, device data) including quality connection with our DMP/CDP
- Governance and enhancement of data models (i.e.the global tagging framework)
- Data documentation to keep up-to-date with evolving data landscape and models (data dictionary + reference data models in Lean IX and Atlan)
- Develop Data Quality (for Consumer Data) as a business capability by defining the rules and processes with data owners/stewards, by ensuring compliance to those rules with proactive quality monitoring and proposing solutions to pain points when a gap is identified (working closely with the Consumer & Channels Data Governance working group, IT and EAD), by managing the backlog for future enhancements (in collaboration with IT and other Product Group owners)
- Lead data remediation & data reconciliation efforts with Consumer IT and EAD
Help evangelize the Data Quality offering and capability
- Streamline the communication and resolution of data management topics by leveraging Consumer Data Governance Working Group to collect consumer data needs or difficulties of global/regional/local data users, by prioritizing and and reporting back the development plans to the community.
- Maximize the collection, enrichment and use of data at the heart of consumer engagement/programs to develop personalized omni-channel experiences by piloting new approaches with markets/Hubs
- Democratize consumer data to support analytics on various enterprise platforms (OCV, DO, DpaaS, Data Café, etc) by seeing opportunities, managing risks and resolving dependencies
