Job Brief
We are looking for a Manager to oversee our three sister companies within the Truck Tyre industry. You will be responsible for managing the activities and meeting the business's goals working with various departmental heads and the company owners.
The Manager’s primary duties include implementing operational procedures, formulating business strategy, assisting departmental heads and managing profitable growth.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated in previous roles, qualities of leadership, decision making and the ability to manage & develop staff.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Oversee day -to-day operations.
- Set strategic objectives to develop growth, budgetary control and financial performance.
- Introduce policies, procedures and processes across the three businesses.
- Staff development, performance targets and annual appraisals.
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
- Review and ensure implementation of H&S regulations.
- Develop and maintain customer and supplier relationships.
Job Requirements
- Experience within the truck tyre industry is desirable and would be extremely beneficial.
- Proven experience as a Manager or similar role.
- To demonstrate empathy with all levels of staff.
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills, organizational and leadership skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
