About the Role


Deputy Manager – Cabin Bar @ Leeds Bradford Airport


At SSP UK we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Deputy Manager, to support the day-to-day operations at the Cabin Bar, our premium bar at Leeds Bradford Airport: this is an incredible opportunity to join an experienced management team in one of the biggest bars in our portfolio, in an exciting and unique environment.

Reporting directly to our General Manager, as a Deputy Manager your working week will be varied; from being hands on and leading the team from the front, to assisting the General Manager in recruiting, training and meeting key targets.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have:


  • Previous experience of managing a diverse team of people within a high volume environment, ideally restaurant/bar/casual dining
  • Experience in coaching, training, mentoring and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service whilst meeting financial and operational targets.
  • Previous experience of having P&L financial exposure (control of GP, labour, profit etc.)
