Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
The Role
We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Supervisor. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and will achieve operational goals and standards. The Supervisor is expected to display a positive attitude whilst assisting the Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain staff morale and ensure the branch meets all targets. The successful candidate must have experience in a similar role, with excellent sales achievements demonstrated by K.P.I results.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
- Take an active interest in branch performance
- Carry out morning briefings
- Keep shop and displays clean and tidy
- Receive deliveries and organise stock
- Process cash and card payments
- Deal with customer refunds
- Complete any tasks the store or assistant manager delegates
- Organise team when Manager and Assistant Manager are not present
Person Specification
Essential Skills/Experience
- At least 2 years supervisor/key holder retail experience
- Must be able to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Passionate about retail
- Target driven
- Able to deal with conflict
- Reliable
- Confident when directing a team
