Management Trainee Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate sales targets and surpass them by enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop marketing strategies to bolster sales and consumer growth.
- Familiarize yourself with the business's goals, vision, and mission.
- Disseminate product knowledge among consumers, vendors, and distributors.
- Assess your own sales performance against targets as you gain experience.
- Foster and cultivate relationships with existing customers.
Management Trainee Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday between 10 am and 6 pm.
- Ability to think strategically and commercially with a strong grasp of overall business dynamics.
- Exceptional planning and organizational abilities.

Salary: £25,350.74-£27,337.40 per year
