Management Consultant - Insurance Introduction Wipro is looking for a Management Consultant within the Insurance Practice. This is a new role which will be at the heart of the growth agenda for the Insurance Domain Consulting team. The role will have a primary focus on leading the delivery of one of our core strategic deals, whilst also contributing to the wider development of our Digital Sales and Service. Your Responsibilities As a Management Consultant - Insurance, you will Act as Domain Lead Consultant across a series of projects and workstreams within the digital transformation of the Sales & Service activities for a major Savings & Retirement business within the UK Life & Pensions sector Act as a Subject Matter Expert (from a UK Savings & Investments operations perspective) Develop thought leadership and go to market collateral as lead of our Digital Sales & Service proposition (majority of remaining 10% of role) Support in the development of thought leadership around our Insurance Customer Journey proposition Support the development of the Insurance Domain Consulting team through various practice development activities Build, Coach and Mentor the Insurance Domain Consulting Team Mandatory Skills Significant Customer Services Transformation experience (multiple projects, including 1-2 in a leadership role) Deep subject matter knowledge of core policy servicing processes (including scheme set up, customer service management, complaints, policy transfer processes) Broad knowledge of the UK Savings & Retirement sector, particularly both individual and workforce pensions Core consulting skillset and / or significant industry experience in a strategic change capacity within the Insurance sector Experience in supporting or leading business development activities for a consulting firm in the Insurance sector Strong project management and senior stakeholder (Head of Function / Director of Function and above) management skills Exposure to digital and platform technologies in the UK Savings & Retirement Awareness of market trends in Insurance and specifically in Digital Underwriting, Customer Journey Transformation Strong presentation skills, including verbal presentation and developing compelling powerpoint presentations Desirable Skills Deep Platform Experience (FNZ ideally, Sonata, iPipeline also useful) Knowledge and experience of Low / No-Code platforms (e.g. Appian) Data Analytics, AI and Machine Learning experience or exposure (particularly in the Insurance space with platforms such as KOFAX, Five9, Avaamo) Equal Opportunities Wipro is an advocate for positive change and conscious inclusion.
