Job Title: Field Performance Manager
Location: East Worthing / Ford
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday
Salary: Up to £47,800 depending on experience + Business Needs Car
With the rapidly changing environment and all of the complexities this brings, working as an FPM will provide you with a wealth of different activities to sink your teeth into.
You will be managing a team of skilled operators and working alongside teams from different departments including your peers and SMT, MEICA and Process Scientists, but you will also work alongside external partners and stakeholders, so being able to positively maintain working relationships will be key to your success in this role.
With the impact of our operations on the environment being at the forefront of everything we do, you will be tasked to drive improvements in the operations of your sites and the assets within them, looking at ways to change what we do for the better of all parties, mainly our customers and of course THE ENVIRONMENT.
In order to achieve your goals, you will need to inspire and motivate your team whilst also being able to empathise and understand as each person in your team is a different which is something we are proud of and hope that you will both embrace and nurture, helping to build a strong team environment.
As you will be able to see from the above, there are plenty of things to help you feel fulfilled at work and the sense that you have achieved something, however you should also know (Here comes the Superhero quote), ‘With great power, comes great responsibility’ as the FPM, you will be required to be available at short notice (not all of the time, there is a rota), to respond to incidents that may occur ensuring we continue to deliver the best services possible for the customers.
