Graduate Consultant (Management)
TXM Consult is seeking a Graduate Management Consultant to join our team for an 18-month programme. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting project managers, managing client projects, contributing to strategic advisory projects, and conducting detailed data analysis and reporting for various teams and individual consultants. As part of the team, you will collaborate with other consultants and provide technical expertise to clients across different industries.

Overview of our Graduate Programme
Our Graduate Programme is 18 months in length. The first year of the graduate programme will focus on developing the graduate's skills and exposing them to our business and the ongoing projects. During this time, the graduate will assist with activities such as reporting and process improvements whilst developing their technical and practical capabilities. After the first year, the graduate will have the opportunity to work on billable work and develop their experience as a consultant in their own right.

Responsibilities
A Graduate Consultant will build solid all-round leadership and project management knowledge. Highly capable of delivery, they will be developing their specialist knowledge and will have a good understanding of the TXM Consult offerings. They will suggest potential business development opportunities and develop relationships with clients to drive the effective delivery of their project.
Some key responsibilities of this role may include (but are not limited to):
· Assisting project managers in various aspects of project management, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
· Managing client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
· Contributing to strategic advisory projects by conducting research, analysing data, and providing insights to help clients make informed decisions.
· Conducting detailed data analysis and reporting for various teams and individual consultants to support decision-making processes.
· Collaborating with other consultants to provide technical expertise to clients across different industries.
· Continuously developing and expanding knowledge in areas such as project management, consulting, and business analytics.
· Attending client meetings and presentations, and preparing materials to support these interactions.
A Graduate Consultant will have a “basic” ability/demonstration (minimum score of 1) of all TXM Consult Foundation Pathway - Behavioural Competencies.

Requirements
· A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Business or Management discipline.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Personal drive and discipline to exceed in a hybrid environment; office based, site based and remotely.
· Knowledge of project management principles and tools is a plus.
Location and Working Arrangements
This position will be based in our Derby office, where our experienced mentors will provide invaluable guidance and support to the successful candidates. At TXM Consult, we operate a hybrid working policy, which allows our staff to work from home when appropriate for their current project or business-as-usual role. However, during the graduate programme, we expect our candidates to work from the Derby office wherever possible, to ensure they can make the most of the experience and knowledge offered by our team.
Throughout the graduate programme, candidates will have the opportunity to work on placements located across the UK. We cover travel and accommodation expenses to ensure that our candidates can focus on their work without worrying about additional costs. Additionally, for candidates who are interested in gaining international experience, there may be opportunities to work within our Australian business, depending on active ongoing projects.
