We have an opportunity for a Pricing and Contract Performance Manager.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week.

The role holder will be required to cover usual business hours. We offer hybrid working for this role between WFH and our Head Office in London, Cannon Street.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • CIMA Qualified, Part-Qualified or equivalent.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to quickly analyse complex and ambiguous situations and data, identify key issues and solutions, and make tough, timely decisions
  • Solid technology skills, including computerised financial systems and Microsoft Office
  • Advance Microsoft Excel user
  • Management/Financial Accountancy

Duties of this role include:

To support the Head of Pricing and Contract Performance, or where appropriate take management of:

  • Business development decisions based on a robust negotiation strategy, risk analysis and commercial judgement
  • Developing, maintaining and monitoring compliance against pricing & clinician fees structure
  • Driving revenue and margin optimisation across all revenue streams, identifying process solutions to sustain improvements
  • Ensure areas of non-compliance are highlighted and escalated appropriately
  • Understand and maximise margin across service lines and revenue streams
  • Minimise risk and optimise revenue recovery
  • Work closely with Corporate Finance to ensure management information is consistent and a true
