Established in 1993, Tristel is a global infection prevention business, headquartered in Cambridgeshire, UK. We have subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Italy, Russia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.
Based at HQ, the role of Tristel’s Finance Team is to ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported within prescribed deadlines.
The Role:
To assist with the timely production of the monthly management accounts, to assist subsidiaries with queries and to align Group procedures and practices.
· To assist with statutory reporting and audit process.
· To assist with the production of the monthly management accounts within
prescribed deadlines
· Preparing and posting of consolidation journals
· Preparation of Sales Flash Report
· Tracking of Provision for unrealized profit
· Profit and loss analysis including variance analysis (actuals vs budget vs prior year)
· Balance sheet reconciliations
· Stock provisions
· Reconciliation of Inter-company matrix
· Debtor and creditor analysis
· Maintenance of Group intangible asset/fixed asset schedules
· Reconciliation of Foreign exchange reserve
· Cashflow reports
· Assisting with statutory accounts and budget processes.
· Assisting with statutory audit for year end and interim.
· General finance duties to provide coverage during staff holidays or absences.
· To provide the Board and Executive team with information as required.
· Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
· 4 years + experience in Finance environment
· German speaking advantageous
Qualifications:
ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
