Management Accountant
Plymouth - Permanent

Due to our latest acquisition of Mandarin International Brands, Trevco has become the only global e-commerce print-on-demand (POD) technology solution provider for licensed consumer products and direct-to-consumer-branded eCommerce shops.
As the Management Accountant, you will be a key member of the finance team working with the Group Finance Manager and colleagues to deliver accurate and timely financial information.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including journals, ledgers, and balance sheets
· Preparation of VAT returns
· Assisting with credit control, including chasing overdue payments and reconciling customer accounts
· Liaising with suppliers and customers to resolve queries and discrepancies
· Assisting with month-end and year-end financial reporting, including preparing accruals and prepayments, and reconciling balance sheet accounts
· Support the budget and forecasting process
· Review sales and inventory data and providing analysis of margins
· Maintaining accurate inventory records
· Assisting with the preparation of Monthly and Quarterly royalty reporting and forecasting
· Supporting the Group Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
· Relevant experience in a similar role, or as an assistant looking for the next step in their career
· AAT qualification or part qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA (or equivalent)
· Knowledge of accounting software, preferably Sage
· Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
· Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
