About The Role
About the role
You’ll play an integral part in the Management Accounts team by carrying out bookkeeping activities and the preparation of monthly management accounts.
Role responsibilities:
- Attending client sites where necessary to carry out bookkeeping in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparation of monthly or quarterly management accounts
- Preparation of budgets, projections and cash flows
- Developing strong working relationships with clients
- Attend client meetings with Senior Management Accountants/Directors where necessary
Knowledge, Skills and experience required
- Previous experience in a similar management accounting or bookkeeping position ideally within a practice environment
- Competent with Xero, Quickbooks, SAGE and the Microsoft Office software package especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop working relationships with clients
- Part qualified with ACCA/ACA/CIMA or have equivalent experience
