We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and or part qualified Management Accountant to join our Finance team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing month end reports for the business, which will include profit & loss, balance sheet, balance sheet reconciliation, additional reports and helping to establish best practice and processes for the organisation;
- Ensuring month end reports are completed within agreed deadline;
- Management of the finance team;
- To provide accounting support within the Finance team, to ensure key financial close and day to day activities are complete in a robust and timely manner;
- Act as a key supporting role for Senior Manager.
About you
Applicants should have the following skills and experience:
- Be part qualified or studying towards ACCA/CIMA or a similar finance qualification;
- Experience in general book-keeping, month end closing, variance analysis and budget preparation ideally within a healthcare/hospital setting;
- Have a high level of competency in MS Excel and Word (which includes but not limited to, PIVOT, Vlookup, Sumifs, etc);
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
