THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our successful Finance team. This is a fixed-term maternity cover for a 12 month period.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the ideal candidate will be methodical; organised; process driven and must have excellent attention to detail along with strong accounting skills.
They will bring outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal as there will be regular interaction with company employees and various stakeholders within the business.
Working Pattern & Location

08:30 – 1700 Monday to Friday, Twickenham Office
3 days office based and 2 days home based
Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Responsibility for the general ledger.
  • Ensuring the balance sheet is adequately supported.
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts and other balance sheet items.
  • Month-end reporting.
  • Assisting in the preparation of statutory financial statements.
  • Preparation of audit schedules.
  • Liaising with HR to ensure a seamless and accurate monthly payroll process.
  • Submission of payroll data to the agent for processing.
  • Checking payroll reports for accuracy.
  • Cash management responsibilities.
  • Cashflow forecasting.
  • VAT Submission.
  • Ad hoc reporting and other work as required by the CFO.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
  • Qualified or PQ Finalist ACCA/CIMA.
  • 3 years’ experience working in a similar role.
  • Previous NetSuite experience is essential.
  • Advance Excel skills.
  • Experience of using the NetSuite accounting system.
  • Strong attention to detail. Proven analytical and strategic insight.
  • Able to work unsupervised and a proven ability to meet established deadlines.
