Are you seeking an opportunity to kickstart your Finance career? We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual with excellent communication skills to join our Finance team.at TFGM.
As a Management Accountant Apprentice, you will gain vital finance skills by working with experienced financial professionals, with a chance to complete several placements across the Finance function including Management Accounts; Capital Projects; and Transactions (covering Accounts Payable, Bus Operator Payments and Accounts Receivable). This will give you the opportunity to gain exposure to real business challenges whilst gaining a fully funded Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Level 4 Apprenticeship qualification. The duration of this apprenticeship is 18 months with a potential to continue your development by working towards CIMA Level 7. You will have 5 GCSE at grades C or above (Grades 9-5) ideally including Maths and English as well as A Levels (or equivalent level of qualification i.e., BTEC or HNC) at Grade C or above. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills;the ability to organise and schedule your time efficiently; work effectively across different teams; and have a commitment to your own personal development.
To be eligible for the apprenticeship scheme, you must have been living in the UK for at least 3 years. You must also not already have a qualification in a similar field and at the same level as the CIMA qualification gained via this apprenticeship.
