CV Life are currently seeking a passionate Spa Attendant to join our team at the award winning Mana Spa, which is located at The Wave Destination Venue.

About the role:

Our Spa Attendants are the perfect example of how to deliver a luxury spa experience. You will deliver high standards in keeping with the Mana Spa ethos, contributing to the relaxing and tranquil atmosphere.

You will be an excellent team player, maintaining pride and attention to detail in your daily tasks. You will assist with the journey of the guests and members and be ready to deliver exceptional customer service.

As a Spa Attendant you will have excellent personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality. You will be friendly, approachable and professional.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all guest areas in the Spa are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Duties include cleaning changing rooms, floors and heated areas. Our Spa Attendants ensure that all assigned daily tasks and schedules are met.

Do you have strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) and good organisational skills. Are you able to prioritise tasks and self-manage a workload. Do you have an eye for detail. Do you want to be part of an award winning spa team?

City Centre location. A variety of part time hours and shift patterns available. Hours range from 11-22 hour contracts. Rotas for mornings, evenings, and weekend only work.

Job Description

Reporting to: Spa Manager

Scope

Coventry Sports Foundation and Culture Coventry Trust are operating as CV Life, so that the scope of this Job Description as a CV Life document extends to cover the employment of employment contracts held with either Coventry Sports Foundation or Culture Coventry Trust.

Overall purpose and objective of the role:

To ensure high standards of cleanliness within the spa are met, and to maintain all equipment, reporting any issues to the Spa Manager.

Main duties of the role:

  • Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner during all interactions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and serenity of all areas of the spa.
  • Assist with spa tours for day guests and member prospects.
  • Assisting receptionist with welcoming clients when unavailable.
  • Making refreshments for clients throughout facility.
  • Ensure change rooms are stocked with appropriate items (towels, etc) and therapy rooms are stocked thoroughly, repeatedly checked throughout the day.
  • Ensure clean laundry is available at all times for restocking.
  • Assist spa therapists with room changeovers for treatments.
  • Assist therapist with the close of a sale as and when needed.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information about the city and surrounding attractions when asked by guests.
  • Daily operations including opening and closing procedures, facility inspections, and general facility maintenance.
  • Daily inspections of the facilities (for example sauna, steam) to be carried out every 30minutes and correct procedures to be followed.
  • Stay up to date with current rates, rate changes and all promotions.
  • Reports any incident or accident to the Spa Manager.
  • Demonstrate sincere guest focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
