Job title: Male Support Worker
Location: Beckton, Newham
Salary: £10.10 per hour
Shifts: 8am-3pm & 3pm-10pm
Role: Permanent Part Time 21-28 hours

Do you have previous experience as a support worker, care assistant, domiciliary/home care, or residential homes then this would be ideal for you. Part Time Support Worker Benefits
Alnwick Road is a Supported Living service providing individualised and proactive support where people’s rights, independence and choices are actively promoted. The service provides support for up to 9 adults with a range of complex needs, often involving dual diagnosis: Learning Disability, Autism, & behaviour that may be described as challenging.
Part Time Support Worker duties:
At Precious Homes, we work by empowering individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Conditions, and other complex needs, to live as independently as possible, to become integral members of the community and to achieve their goals and aspirations through individual care pathways. As a social care provider we also empower our staff family to make important decisions in the workplace and our aim is to be as person centred with our staff as we are with our service users.
Any successful candidates will be required to undergo a enhanced DBS check and supply a minimum of 2 verified references, with proof of ID and 2 proofs of address. This position is except from the Equality Act 2010

- Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
- Assisting with the development of person centred plans for our residents
- This includes employment, education and other opportunities
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed always working towards more independence
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
