Major Events & Project Co-Ordinator
Full Time (40 hours)
Sunderland AFC is looking to appoint a Major Events & Project Co-Ordinator within their newly created major events and project team based at Black Cat House. Reporting to the Major Events & Project Lead the successful candidate will support the delivery of projects and major events, liaising with internal and external customers and agencies.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
· Support the developing and delivery of the concert strategy in line with the club business plan
· Support the Major Events & Project Lead in day-to-day contact with all nominated promoters.
· Support the Major Events & Project Lead with on site management of major event and concert promoters.
· To coordinate concert control team members with supporting documentation to enable effective event delivery.
· To multi-task and manage projects from inception to delivery
· Create project schedules to assist with pre event organisation, planning and action tracking.
· Coordinate and deliver in house events that are staff related.
· Work as part of the project control team and support Major Events & Project Lead as required.
· Work collectively to review and maximise any commercial opportunities and drive revenue into the business.
· Understand and comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) at all times

The position is full time (40 hours per week), with working hours being flexible around business demands and may include some evening and weekend work as required. You will be required to work all major events including the need to work occasionally at home matches.
