We continue to thrive and grow as a successful, reputable business that stands out in the industry. We’re looking to hire Lawn Maintenance crew leaders and labourers to join our growing team.
Duties:
- Perform lawn care and building lot maintenance.
- Operation of commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers and power hand tools.
- Trim shrubs and prune trees
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping.
- Able to follow instruction and design plans.
- Driving truck and trailer
- Performing hardscaping and softscaping.
- Plowing snow from parking lots walkways and spreading salt/icemelt
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial grounds care, or landscape construction an asset
- Interest in learning more about Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping
- Ability to work as a team and/or independently
- An eye for a very high level to detail
- Well organized and punctual
- Strict adherence to health and safety
- Willingness to work outdoors in ever changing weather conditions
- Ability to lift 30 -50lbs
- Ability to withstand repetitive physical work (kneeling, bending, lifting)
- Own transportation to and from work.
- G class drivers license with clean abstract

Seasonal performance bonuses ($1-$3 per hour extra)

Hourly wage $17-$24 depending on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Salary: $17.00-$24.00 per hour

- Lawn maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
