More about your role
This is a full time role working 40 hours per week, working normal working hours 8am-6pm.
You will be a key member of the team and will play a pivotal role in customer excellence by delivering a unique, warm and memorable service. You will be visible and contactable ensuring that the community operates to agreed plans and will deliver Brio customer experience by supporting colleagues in the running of facilities and site services.
You will be responsible for managing site services and coordination of the maintenance regime, supporting the General Manager by providing effective site services and facilities.

More about you
A genuine people person with trades experience or a maintenance background is required. You will have customer service at the heart of what you do. A friendly and supportive attitude paired with a keen eye for quality and detail will enable you to succeed in this role.
If you have experience of painting or Joinery it would be beneficial.
You will be passionate about helping people and be skilled at planning, organising and carrying out maintenance duties. You will need to be pro-active, reliable and be able to work as part of a small team.
