Maintenance Technician Horsham, England
Job description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team to fulfil day- day duties in the upkeep of our estates, Leonardslee Lakes and Gardens and its sister estate Mannings Heath Golf & Wine Estate based in Horsham as well as our Offices in Sutton.
You will be responsible for making sure all the estate properties are consistently maintained to high standards and any issues are addressed in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on a high standard of work.
The role covers all aspects of maintenance both reactive and planned preventative from appliance repairs and minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, wall tiling, decorating skills to re-pressuring boilers and fault finding.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven General Maintenance experience - from a hospitality setting is desirable
- Able to work independently and effectively towards deadlines using your own initiative.
- Good level direct customer service skills.
- Be fully familiar with all Health and Safety instructions relevant to your area of work.
- Adhere to all current legislation pertaining to fire, health and safety regarding the workplace.
- A full UK driving license is essential due to the location of the estates.
This will be a permanent contract and hours are Mon-Fri 07:30 – 16:30
