We are currently recruiting for Maintenance Team Member at Norton House Hotel & Spa.
Norton House Hotel & Spa is a 4 Star Hotel with 83 bedrooms and a Health Club & Spa. We offer Elemis products and treatments within our Spa.
About the role: We are recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant to deliver high standards of service within this 83 bedroomed, 4 star country house hotel creating fantastic memories for our guests. Your role will include preventative and reactive maintenance tasks and projects within the hotel and staff accommodation.
You will work as part of an experienced team and will be provided with excellent training and development. This role is working 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends on a rota basis, between the hours of 7am and 10pm
About you:
- You must be passionate about ensuring our guests experience outstanding hospitality in beautifully maintained surroundings.
- The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable.
