Job description
Main purpose of role: To work as part of a team of Property Managers responsible for the reactive repairs and ongoing compliance certificates for a portfolio of managed properties. Working closely with your team to achieve our business plan of providing a simple, intuitive and fairly priced service for our Landlords which retains the client for life.
Key Responsibilities
- As part of the Property Management Team, we provide consistently excellent service to drive the growth and retention of Landlords and our Lettings portfolio.
 - Troubleshooting any maintenance issues and liaising with Landlords, Tenants and contractors to arrange minor repairs
 - Updating system with concise and accurate notes; ensuring instructions are followed through to completion and tenants kept fully up-to-date
 - Resolving issues quickly and efficiently
 - Checking works are completed and keeping all parties updated
 - Sourcing and onboarding reliable contractors to build our network
 - Ensure all properties are legal, safe and ready for occupation
 - Arranging compliance certificates and any necessary remedial works in required timescales
 
Requirements

 - Logical thinking with creative problem solving aptitude
 - Preferably with previous customer service experience
 - Initiative to troubleshoot maintenance issues
 - Being able to work individually as well as part of a team

- Clear and Confident telephone manner
 - Friendly and polite with a positive ‘nothing is too much trouble’ approach
 - Able to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail
 - Has a professional approach, demonstrating high levels of integrity
 - Organised and able to prioritise a varied workload
 - Confident, with excellent communication skills, using the telephone as first point of contact
 - A flexible approach to work, particularly during busy periods
 - Able to demonstrate initiative along with a “can do” approach

Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
