The role
To carry out all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled general maintenance as required in the theme park. To receive and prioritize Tower 10 calls and ensure all jobs are complete or handed to an applicable team member or relevant Supervisor/Team Leader. Provide assistance and support to all other maintenance team members as required and undertake PPMs as instructed.
Working towards an Lvl2 City & Guilds or lvl 2NVQ in a relevant discipline (Electrical/plumbing/joinery)
Undertake all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled general maintenance tasks as required
Assist when needed will all aspects of compliance maintenance as required such as PAT, Legionella monitoring, emergency light testing, and RCD testing
Carry out general maintenance and assist engineers or other trades as required to ensure high standards of product availability, operational presentation, and customer satisfaction.
Considers other departments’ requirements and provides guidance and support as appropriate.
Ensure maintenance work is within all relevant legislation, guidelines, and code of practice and that all procedures are adhered to.
Infor worksheets are complete detailing the exact nature of the work carried out.
Carries out fault diagnosis as necessary within the limitations of own ability.

- Knowledge basic, joinery, plumbing repairs on equipment and buildings

- Medically fit to operate (specifically eyesight, hearing, and mobility)
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Good experience in all aspects of general maintenance
- Willingness to adopt all disciplines of general maintenance.
- Good IT skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive
- Pride in the environment in which they work
- Smart and presentable appearance in line with D&A policy
- Ability to work on own initiative without direct supervision
