Job description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs, installations, and inspections. This individual must have a strong understanding of safety protocols and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have experience in the maintenance field, be able to troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and repair mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Perform basic electrical repairs.
- Replace parts as needed.
- Maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials.
- Perform plumbing requirements
- Carry out Health and Safety Checks
- Maintain Gardens
- Paint and Decorate
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Runcorn Wa7 2TP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
