Job description
We are looking for a Maintenance Operations Administrator for our growing maintenance business.
You must be experienced in administration and organisation, with strong communication skills and fluent spoken and written English.
The successful candidate must have the ability to:
- Manage and co-ordinate a maintenance Helpdesk system
- Manage and organise a maintenance team
- Write coherent and detailed job reports in fluent English
- Speak professionally on the phone
- Maintain a staff training matrix and organise training
On a day to day basis you will be the main point of contact for our maintenance clients and our engineers, working centrally to the operation and ensuring a clear and organised plan for completion of outstanding work.
Experience with health and safety, RAMs and permits to work is preferable.
We are preferably looking for a degree qualified candidate.
You will be based in Aldgate, E1.
You will receive 28 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays).
We are offering a salary package of up to £35,000 per annum depending on credentials.
