Park Homes (UK) Limited is a successful, growing and forward thinking business who has a portfolio of over 21 Care Homes across the UK. We now have a vacancy for a Maintenance Officer to work at our Norman Hudson Care Home.
We are looking for a Maintenance Officer who is able to maintain the home to a high standard for our residents this will include both the communal areas and resident rooms.
The home is looking for a team member like you to ensure the building and grounds are well maintained, undertaking a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services applying basic fixes to equipment and systems and ensuring facilities are fully functional. You will love general maintenance tasks and basic repairs including electrical, plumbing, joinery and building tasks and decorating rooms to maintain the standards of the home. You will also be required to lookafter the Health and Safety of the premises and support the home to complete the Environmental Action Plan.

37.5hrs per week with some on-call duties required.
£10.50 unskilled
£12.00 with certificated qualifications (gas, plumbing, electric etc)
