Job description
Paragon Resource Solutions are currently working in partnership with a large Norfolk based housing association who are recruiting for full-time bathroom fitters on their capital works programme.
Salary - £31,500 - £40,000 OTE
Key objectives of role:
- To carry out and assist with all trade related tasks as a Bathroom Fitter working as
part of a customer focused team ensuring the properties are repaired, adapted and
refurbished to a high standard.
Main responsibilities -
- To be responsible for the effective and efficient repairs of all Bathroom Fitting
duties, including all associated works within both occupied and void properties
using the required tools.
- To assess and carry out accurate planned repairs efficiently and effectively.
- To ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a
high standard of workmanship.
- To manage customer enquiries, responding in a professional manner coordinating
with their scheduling teams.
In this role you will have the following duties:
- The full installation of bathroom upgrades.
- The ability to read drawings.
- Basic decorating skills.
- Ceramic tiling.
- Floor levelling.
- Laying of floor tiles.
- Plumbing.
This is a mobile engineer role covering housing association properties in the Fenland, Kings Lynn, North and South Norfolk areas (core areas Dereham, Swaffham, Watton due to the current teams’ locations).
Please note you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work. A company vehicle will be provided.
