Maintenance Manager (MWP Delivery)
Salary: Grade 7(£36,333 - £43,155 p.a. depending on experience)

Are you confident balancing multiple projects at the same time, dealing with several stakeholders and a range of priorities? Do you have a wide variety of experience with buildings, services and infrastructure with the ability to consult with specialists when required?

In this role, you will lead on the delivery of the annual Maintenance Works Plan (MWP) funded by a budget of up to £4 million. Projects will typically be in the range of £10K to £100K and you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery from inception to handover, including the compliant procurement of goods and services.
You will lead on the effective consultation, engagement and communication with a wide range of stakeholders including Faculty Facilities Managers, Building Managers, Maintenance Contract Managers, Zonal Managers and colleagues across Professional Services such as Finance Managers and Category Managers.
