We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team at Bermonds Locke, London.
The role.
Are you a handyperson? A practical powerhouse who carries tools in case of an emergency? Can you spot a maintenance problem before it even becomes one?
You’ll make Locke feel like home by keeping our building and apartments looking fresh, so our guests feel comfortable, relaxed and cared-for. Reporting to and supporting the General Manager, you’ll oversee and manage services, repairs, painting, and upkeep of apartments to standards worth writing home about.
What it looks like;
- Coaching and being accountable for your team, including setting SMART objectives
- Delegating effectively to keep things running like clockwork and being a role model for edyn’s values
- Regularly reviewing service contracts and purchase orders
- Creating and delivering a refurbishment schedule
- Making sure apartments are looking and working their best for guests’ arrivals and throughout their stays
- Carrying out maintenance quickly and efficiently to minimise impact on revenue

We believe in working flexibly – this includes flexibility in work location, working days (including weekends and bank holidays in operations) and working hours. This may be ad hoc or permanent flexibility. Ask your recruiting manager or see our careers page for more information.
Please be aware that this is a full-time position where you will be working 37.5 hours per week.
