Description & Requirements
- Meet the weekly planned production schedule in the most safe- efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Manage the site’s labour and operational variable and fixed budget in conjunction with the Site Financial Analyst.
- To be responsible for the MRE (Maintenance- Reliability and Engineering) pillar of the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS). As the pillar owner you will be responsible for supporting embedding the implementation of the KHMS process on site.
- Demonstrate compliance and continual improvement with all Safety and Quality Kraft Heinz Standards and Systems.
- Ensure all statutory legal inspections are carried out as required- meeting all the required deadlines.
- Ensure that business systems such as SAP are being used effectively to develop a planned maintenance strategy.
- Identify- plan- manage and deliver effective equipment maintenance activities and strategies.
- Lead- manage and coach a diverse workforce- consistently applying HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor- review and feedback operational teams’ performance against agreed KPI targets.
- Have a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to communicate and implement a Plan- Do- Check and Assess (PDCA) culture and methodology to problem solving.
- Logical and factual approach to communicating decisions and action required to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- To continually seek to develop and gain new skills and knowledge- appropriate to the role.
