We are recruiting for a maintenance handyperson / Fabric Operative based in Blackburn covering the general maintenance in a retail facility in Blackburn. The role is a position circa 3 weeks (with n opportunity to transfer in-house to the estates team) Mon-Fri 40 hours per week £16.00/hr PAYE (Umbrella £19.00/hr) On-site parking Handyperson / Maintenance Operative Description: Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to: Fabric and general upkeep Basic plumbing Checks and compliance duties Emergency / reactive repairs All ad- hoc handyperson tasks Assisting engineers Requirements: Experience in maintenance Good general fabric maintenance and Handyperson skills Excellent client facing skills If you are interested then please click the APPLY button now PRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.
