Job description
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to fabricate and supervise projects, and have experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Key Tasks
- Competen with basic electrics (desired not essential)
- Clearing of water gullies
- Irrigation repairs/installatin
- Occasional help with recycling duties/vehicle puncture repairs/projects
- Clearing gutters
- General DIY
- Carpentry (desired not essential)
- Trailer toilets to be maintained & repaired when required
- Siting of furniture or equipment
- Assembling furniture or equipment
- General upkeep of company offices
- Suggest additional repairs when identified
- Painting & decorating
Key results/objectives:
- Able to resolve problems efficiently
- Focused & self-motivate
- Responsible
- Have excellent General Maintenance skills, no professional qualifications are required
- Have a logical approach to problem solving
- Its essential that someone is reliable and can give a good standard of work
