As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work closely with our experienced engineering team to develop and optimise manufacturing processes. You will be involved in various aspects of production, from design and implementation to troubleshooting and improvement initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from industry experts while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Qualifications:

  • Preferable, but not essential Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Could also be actual hands on experience in a similar environment, minimum 1 year.
  • Proficient in the use of relevant engineering tools.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
