Shift Maintenance Engineer
Position Summary:
Larsen Building Products is seeking a full-time Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Belfast Harbour Industrial estates at our fully automated Powder Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the machines are kept in good working order. The candidate will assist with the preventative maintenance program, trouble shooting and problem solving, improvement projects and site upkeep.
Responsibilities:
·Follow PPM schedule to inspect and upkeep the various machines on site.
. Assist in maintaining the building’s and facilities.
· Support production team with troubleshooting problems .
· Collaborate with remote support hotlines to fault find.
· Assist with improvement projects
·Collaborate with management on any issues or concerns that may arise from outside sources or employees.
·Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
·Excellent orgnaisation and communication skills.
·Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
·Familiarity with electrical systems and ability to read electrical drawings. Hands on skill in performing mechanical repairs, adjustments and replacement.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
