Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Full Time Permanent
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum basic plus market leading benefits and overtime
Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm

We are honoured to be recruiting for a global leader in the food production sector. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer within a customer support role.
This job would be ideal for an engineer with an electrical / mechanical background who is looking for an office based / home based role.
The purpose of this role is to help the end-user when their machine has a fault / broken down. You will help them on a technical level to assist remotely – through telephone call, video call and email.
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Tasks –
· Providing end-user support remotely
· Producing documentation and knowledge-based articles where required to help rectify the fault
· Managing personal ticketing queue, ensuring all tickets are progressed and updated at regular intervals
· Supporting the Installation and Service Manager with daily duties, including but not exclusive to; scheduling and dispatching field technicians, quoting service visits and inspections, organising tools and parts for onsite jobs
· Supporting Service Level Agreements ensuring customer response by agreed SLA time
· Analysing all service visit reports to ensure recommendations have been executed
Candidate Requirements –
· Previous engineering experience so you can understand technical drawings, documentation etc
PLC Fault finding Experience
· Customer focused
· Good IT skills
· Able to work in an office / home based environment
