Job description
Looking for an Experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer to undertake Customer Care Issus's after sales of new build properties that have become occupied.
The Job Role will entail the following steps listed below:-
•To receive and follow out daily/weekly plans created from Customer care
•Liaise with Customer care (Office) on Time frame of undertaking works
•Carry out any boiler service and break down calls
•Carry out a Site Audit Report and issue back to CC to close works out with Contractors and upload onto one drive.
•Liaise back to office including reports of any Chargeable works caused by other trades or Home owners for bill payments to be raised by accounts
•If works are not closed out report back to office to be rescheduled or move other appointments
•If customer care Schedule is clear report to Your Assigned Contracts Manager to be inserted into Site Works :- i.e. Finals and Boiler sign offs Etc
All our sites are Midlands based so you will not be having to travel far per day.

- ACS GAS
- UNVENTED QUALIFACTION
- CUSTOMER RELATION SKILLS
- GOOD COMMINICATION SKILLS
- GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF PLUMBING
- GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEMS
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
