Rue Build, based in Camden Town NW1, is growing as we are hiring! Join our team, of which our senior directors have over twenty years of experience in the building sector.
We are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking and like-minded individuals to join the team.
We require an experienced Maintenance & Construction manager to join a well established building company in Camden Town. You will be joining a team of highly experienced contractors. We are looking for someone who can use their risk management skills to plan their projects, develop contingency plans and find quick solutions to problems whilst building strong relationships with contractors , suppliers, planning authorities and stakeholders.
Skills required;
The successful candidate for this role within the organisation will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of highly skilled contractors.
- Evaluating and pricing jobs to produce quotes.
· Building and maintaining productive relationships with planning authorities, key stakeholders and potential development partners to scope and progress potential development projects.
- Leading the planning, specification and financial development appraisals of projects both building and maintenance, on existing sites and potential acquisitions.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety legislation and good practice in the planning, design and delivery of projects, including Construction Design and general maintenance.
- Negotiating planning and development agreements.
- Co-ordinating and running design team meetings, incorporating professionals such as planning consultants, architects, engineers, surveyors, etc. as appropriate.

Salary: up to £50,000 dependent on experience
