We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant to join Maintenance Team at our 5-Star The Londoner Hotel.
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join our Maintenance team at The Londoner as a Maintenance Assistant.
As a Maintenance Assistant you will maintain the hotel on a daily basis to ensure effective running of the hotel.
Coordinate and prioritise the distribution of repair-maintenance orders and planned maintenance orders.
Check and monitor the completed work in order to ensure it is completed to The Londoner standards.
Ensure Edwardian Hotel London adheres to all regulatory and safety standards as legally required.
About You:
You must possessive current hotel maintenance experience.
Is fully aware of Health and safety procedures.
Understand the requirements for effective water management.
Has knowledge Environmental EHO acknowledgment.
Is able to perform electrical, plumbing, decoration and carpentry tasks.
Understands the basic housekeeping processes and procedures
Demonstrate personal ownership, team and motivational skills
