What will you do?
You will be working within a small team, to assist with reactive and pro-active maintenance works across our 4 star hotel which has 148 bedrooms, Restaurant and Conference suites.
Your day to day role will include general maintenance within the hotel. You will be required to carry out refurbishment work where necessary, which may include electrical, plumbing, carpentry works as well as painting/decorating and repairs.
Who are we looking for?
Ideally you will be a general handyperson with a basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and building maintenance. You will need to have the ability to apply basic problem-solving skills to a variety of situations and be able to prioritise jobs in line with demands and time constraints.
Hours: Flexible shift patterns across the week including weekends and bank holidays during mid to peak season. Typically 40 hours a week.
