About The Role
We have a vacancy for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team based in Southampton on a casual contract
You’ll be responsible for co-ordinating the maintenance and repair of buildings and services, plant machinery and equipment at a key client site.
You will:
- Provide hands-on support for plumbing, electrical and decoration services
- Be responsible for controlling the site’s BMS and compliance systems, while delivering the energy saving plan
- Be responsible for risk management, issuing work permits, risk assessing and managing the internal compliance systems
- Be an ambassador for the customer; dealing professionally with complaints and queries
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Experience in a similar role role
- Knowledge of plumbing desirable
- Strong technical skills
