Job description
We are looking for a Machinist to join our team at R&N Engineering.
Manual machinists, experienced in turning or milling, also an experienced CNC miller, the candidates will need to be able to work unsupervised and in some cases working on various types of mills and lathes.
The Machinist must be able to read drawings, use precision measuring instruments, and have a strong knowledge of mathematics. The ideal candidate will also have experience with CNC machines and be able to work with tight tolerances.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
- Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and other technical documents.
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products.
- Set up and adjust machines for production runs.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £7.51-£15.00 per hour
