Job description
We are currently recruiting for Skilled Factory Operative to work for our well established Client in Navenby.
Own transport is required due to location
Working hours : Monday to Friday 6am-6pm,with Saturday and night cover as and when required.Average of 60 hours per week. Paid 39 basic and 21 overtime paid at £16.50 ph
Duties:
The role will involve undertaking operational duties at main drying facility, which includes, and is not limited to, the use of computer-based operating system, the understanding and use of different pieces of process equipment, product sampling and testing, and general housekeeping of the facility itself.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment preferred
- Telehandler license would be beneficial but not essential
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Salary: £11.00-£16.50 per hour
