Job description
we are looking for machine operators to join our small, focused production team in Paddock Wood and play a crucial role in the smooth running of the packaging lines.
the role involves setting up the case packer/labeller machines ready for production and running routine maintenance of machinery. successful candidates will have to ensure quality and productivity targets are met consistently, while having attention to detail and being able to adjust the machine as needed to improve quality and maintain line speeds.
we welcome applications from candidates who have recent hands on experience with machinery, an inner understanding of how machines work, and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. you will be able to demonstrate good problem solving skills and take pride in your work.
the shift pattern will be primarily Monday to Friday, from 7am to 5pm (45 hours per week) with 1 hour of unpaid breaks during each full shift.
