Reacta Healthcare, established in 2013, operates from a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Deeside, North Wales.
It is licenced to manufacture challenge meals for use in clinical trials.
These challenge meals are currently used to diagnose and monitor food allergy in numerous worldwide therapeutic trials.
Patents for the challenge meals have been granted in a number of countries.
The Opportunity:
Reacta Healthcare are looking for a Production Operator to work within the manufacturing facility.
The primary purpose of the Production Operator role is to facilitate and carry out activities in the preparation, manufacturing, and cleaning to support the production areas. Ensuring that products consistently comply with stringent laid down procedures in accordance with cGMP and Health and Safety regulations. This role will involve activity in other areas within the facility to support the business need.
Key Accountabilities
- Production: To participate in the manufacturing process and preparation of equipment for production. Ensuring that products are manufactured observing Good Manufacturing Practices and behaviours. Records are completed correctly to show compliance with Company standards and Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practice
- Cleaning and Maintenance: To conduct routine activities required for the maintenance of production rooms, preparation, and cleaning of production areas to set standards
- Documentation: Completing the required paperwork to ensure compliance to Good Manufacturing Practice

Desirable Skills and Experience
- Previous operator experience in a similar environment
- Good understanding of food or pharmaceutical GMP
- Secondary education to include Maths, English and Science
- Training, development, and continuous improvement: Improvements are sought, evaluated, and implemented where necessary. Working practices are continually challenged to ensure maximum productivity
